ZZ Top Concert Series Precision copy MIJ 1980's

Anyone heard of such a thing - I've googled without any success.
This is as much info as I have - maybe it spins easily?

The top Google entry is an old Ebay listing for a P bass with the same headline description.

Can't say that I ever remember a Fender Dusty Hill sig bass! I'd imagine it'd be a Tele/P bass model but ZZ Top have been using Bolin instruments for a while (not as early as the 80's though ).

Pretty clean for a mid 80's bass, the headstock almost shines! I also notice that the neck's heel stands out a fair bit from the neck pocket (see back pic). I would bet on a fake but for £100 it deserves a try.

Sorry I (wrongly) assumed that we were talking of a 'Fender' bass, whereas this doesn't profess to be a Fender (though the Gumtree ad does clearly state Fender) and is in fact just a cheap P bass copy. The ZZ Top reference is spurious at best!

I spoke to Uncle Gary - he's seems more than able to speak for himself!! He also seems to be a very straight up bloke - for a guitarist

I thought it would look a bit more ZZ Top-like ie - bonkers! It does look like a pretty decent copy though.
