Stacker Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 I'm getting fed up with those metal n foam things in the house and quite fancy some of the geetars and basses sitting on some nice wooden racks. Can't seem to find anyone of the net who does them, other than a site that's aimed at the classical muso. But I'm sure ive' seen such for guitarists in the past, maybe in the back of Q or somesuch. Anyone?? Quote
musophilr Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 (edited) There was one referenced from the Music Radar forum some time ago. Might take a while to find it. Edit: Eureka. Stacker Posted February 16, 2012 Author Posted February 16, 2012 Thanx for those. Seen the first one, earlier. They're almost the right idea but I hate those bookends! As for the plans, I hate DIY of any kind so that's out the game. Quote

The basic form is there, how much different can it be to do the same thing, the 'bookends could be whatever you want! Quote
That guitar storage one is pretty damn beautiful and would look ace in function room (or where you practice on your bass) or a studio. Bookmarked Shame they look a bit TOO simplistic for thier price :-/ Quote
noelk27 Posted February 19, 2012 Posted February 19, 2012 (edited) Did you take a look at the Quiklok stands? Much better than the ones wrapped in foam. Come with a set of casters, although this one is just sat directly on the floor. Edited February 19, 2012 by noelk27 Quote
