Anyone use a BBE Opto-Stomp?

Ive not read a lot about this compressor but what i have read seems quite positive.
Im just looking for something small and light to keep my playing in check (and add a bit of punch as well).
Im not going to compare it to my PF as i never use it.
Any other suggestions taken on board but small and cheap are big considerations so i would rather just hear about the BBE.

The EBS and Demeter are top of my list but cost a bit more and im still not sure i need one.

I plan on keeping it on all the time as im not really after a squashed effect, more to even out my playing a bit.

How is the input level? I plan on using mine from the output of my AGK receiver.

for the money i don't think you can go wrong. it is a fairy gentle compression but enough to even out playing dynamics. Have you read Bongmanias review of it?

Thanks. yes i read that review. In fact it was the review that alerted me to this pedal.
