I agree with you basically, but there is no law against someone trying to sell something for as much as they think they can get for it. It's called Capitalism. In practice, it will probably find its own level in the market. But there are still plenty of people with more money that sense, even in these straitened times, so there you go. There is though a certain assumption that all people are equally intelligent. knowlegable and gullible. I thought it looked fishy I always check stuff out. Others may be more trusting.
