Due to a new Spector arriving this week i have to thin the herd.

Up for sale is a [b]Spector Performer 4 DLX [/b]bass. I have owned it for 6 months and it has unfortunately been the culprit that has caused me to return to playing bass after a long break!!!!!
I have now bought 2 more basses so its surplus to requirements and must be sold.

Gig Bag and super comfy leather padded strap included

[b]Spector Performer 4 DLX[/b].
[i]Matte Black finish with flamed body and matte black hardware.[/i]
[i]4 strings.[/i]
[i]Passive.[/i]
[i]EMG SSD pickups x 2 (slightly more middy than standard EMG's)[/i]
[i]Brand new strings - never been played.[/i]
[i]1 tiny mark on the top of the headstock but otherwise immaculate finish.[/i]
[i]Bridge pickup volume knob has the tiniest amount of play - guessing it just needs a tighten up.[/i]
[i]Sounds lovely - punchy and clear with a nice sustain.[/i]
[i]Action set low and no problems with truss rods or neck problems. Matte finish neck.[/i]

Any trial welcome - amp available in the house and tea provided (please bring cake)
Collection only but could deliver London, Herts, Essex, Kent by arrangement and a bit of petrol money

Only thing I need is a spare amp head. Must be minimum 350 watts and ideally something like a Hartke, Ashdown ABM, GK or an Ampeg. Valvey is good too. Cheers

Nope!
Its got £30worth of new strings and a gigbag with it too.
Theyre £380 new i believe and i prefer this older matte black flamed finish to the gloss black or red they come in now.
Had a soppy offer the other day and a few guys wanted it posted but ii'll sit it out for a bit still i think.
It blows the socks off most basses of a similar pricepoint - lovely playable matte neck and a really punchy growly sound. It got me the Spector bug as you can see from my other basses!
