Truckstop Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 (edited) Hello all, I'm selling my GEM Saturn Bass 50! I'll be frank, it needs work done to it. It works, but it's pretty erratic. The volume dips and peaks, the tone knobs sometimes work and sometimes they dont. Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesnt. When it's working well and it's firing on all cylinders, it really is a special piece of kit. Plenty of grunt wirth a real aggressive overdriven tone. Partnered with a bass heavy cab and a jazz bass, the tone is unreal, it's almost like having a fuzz pedal on! Not sure what the ohmage is, I used it with my 8ohm Ampeg and it seemed fine! So, in summary it's a good bit of kit that needs a lot of TLC by someone who knows what they're doing! Here's some pictures!
