Minimum post count for selling items

I join in 2008 and I have posted about 35 times. I don't think that should disqualify me from selling.

I would agree if the the for sale section was saturated in dodgy looking posts, but i don't think it is. I sold a Spector recently and stuck around more than I used to and I am really enjoying it here. I visit regularly each day. Yesterday, I bought a Warwick from a member here.

I agree that it would weed out some of the chaff, but post count cannot be easily correlated with reliability as a seller.

As long as the buyer is careful you'll be OK. Lots of members find us because they are looking for somewhere to sell gear.

As others have said, having posted a few times on the forum is no gaurantee as to the seller's credentials.

All deals should be entered into with the same level of dilligence and I would recommend everyone to read the marketplace guidelines before buying ANYTHING from ANYONE on ANY forum, weather they are 10,000 posts in or 10.
