casapete Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 If you're quick (by midnight 29th Feb) you can get 10% discount at Strings Direct - enter discount code STRINGS at the checkout. I got this in an email from them, guess it works for any customers. Cheers,Pete. Quote
Dave Vader Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 of course they did this the DAY AFTER I ordered my strings from them... Quote
Foxx Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 It does work for anyone, just ordered some. Thanks. Quote
KennysFord Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Cheers for the heads up. Just got £3 of a set of sunbeams. Nice !! Quote
xilddx Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I get some runtime error sh*t when I try to complete my order Quote
Gunsfreddy2003 Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Needed some new Elixir's for my 5 string so this worked perfectly - thanks for the heads up much appreciated! Quote

So I bought some strings with no discount in the end. BigRedX Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I'd happily use Strings Direct if they sold any of the makes that I'm currently using - La Bella, Overwater, Pedulla. But they don't. Quote
waynepunkdude Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I use what ever I find in the bin. Quote

pikeman Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Thanks for the heads up. Just ordered 3 sets of Legacy for just over £20 delivered. I hope they're OK, not tried these before but the reviews are good and at this price well worth a punt. Quote
