EUROSTEVE Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 Looking to trade my Yammy TRB 6P for a 4/5 string jazz bass or jazz styled bass (Lakland G&L etc) Want a change so looking for a good solid sounding bass with a good slap tone, anything interesting out there? Theres a couple of small dings on the yammy, nothing totally noticeable, early 90's made in the Kaohshiung plant. (i have replaced the pots since the pic was taken) Not many of these around.
Chris Horton Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Just out of interest , can I ask why the pots were changed ?
EUROSTEVE Posted March 6, 2012 Author Posted March 6, 2012 They had been misplaced by the previous owner I replaced them

Thornybank Posted March 9, 2012 Posted March 9, 2012 Got a G&L 5500 and a Thumb 5. Each slapescent in its way. The EMGs in the 5500 give A++ control of attack and sustain.
