Boss ODB-3 wiring

The black wire from the battery on my odb-3 has detached itself and I can't see where it goes. If anyone who owns one has a minute could you pop it open and let me know?

would expect it to solder onto the ground of the pcb somewhere. I have one at home I can look at later, how accessible are the pedal guts?

Guts are nice and simple, unscrew the back and the pcb pops out, then you can see the battery wires coming through next to the switch.

I had to replace both of the sockets as I borrowed the nuts for something else so it might have come detached from the input while the sockets were loose.

Yep that makes sense, the wire goes to the input jack, the bit that switches the battery power on when you insert the jack.
