rusted/broken intonation screws

on my 77 precision bass the intonation screws was locked only the D and the G saddles so i thought i would change them for new ones but as i was unscrewing them they broke off in the saddle

any ideas on how to save the saddle without buying new ones

Give the thread a good squirt of WD40 and then rotate the screw with a pair of pliers.
