max363
Anyone heard about them? found this beauty in their site, feel very GASy... http://www.spearguitar.de/products/en/Basses/Signature-Series/Spear-E-Bass-FLEXTOOL-jamaika-green.html
Icarus_147
Not a fan of the greenburst, but the Gothic Black V-STD 4 and the Natural V-DXE 4 look VERY nice. I'd be interested in finding out the quality of these.
max363
Went through ebay and found out that these exactly same basses go with 2 different names, and 2 different prices... Quite of a red flag, but still GASing..
BigRedX
Tried one of the single-cuts at Music Live several years ago. Rather clunky and heavy IIRC... Bought a Tenori-On instead.

bigsmokebass
A lotta bass for the cash, who could say no?
gafbass02
If the cash is right and you don't mind the niggles absolutely. All I'd say is though bear in mind what you could buy with the extra cash that might need throwing at it. I've been there and done it! shizznit
One of my students has a Spear bass and it is...well...to be polite, adequately priced!
jazseven
i have a nt spear gladius (guitar) which i adore BUT i put a lot of work into it to get it that way, their stock pups aren't bad but i swapped them out along with all the electronics and the finishing on it is dreadful, lots of rough un-sanded bits from routing and none of the plastic covers for the electrics fit properly... this is a good 3 years ago though so maybe they've upped their game a bit since then
max363
God offer that i couldnt refuse, and geddy lee jazz is at home.. would really love to have 3 pups & green burst, but, well I am happy with what i got now
