any help please im not very good with audio stuff :)

am trying to record audio on PC using audacity - i have checked the i/o settings in audacity and they are both plaback and recording are set to e-dsp wave e-800

have an emu 0404 card installed in the PC with emu patchmix software

on my patch mix i only have two strips atpresent and both are input - wave 1/2 and asio1/2

im guessing i need to create an outputstrip so that audacity will see the signal it needs to record?

im trying to record some stuff to wave file and then hopefully tweak the eq to isolate/emphasise bass to facilitate easier listening and learning of new bass lines :D

muchly appreciated your help is
