Mr. Foxen Posted March 12, 2012 Posted March 12, 2012 Aside from the headstock not having fallen off yet, what are the giveaways? Actual functional cavity shielding?
Moos3h Posted March 12, 2012 Author Posted March 12, 2012 Hahaha. Well, there is the 'nibs' - the bits of the binding that would normally go over the end of a fret on a Gibson, don't on this. There's not any Cavity shielding, but actually can't say it's noisy as a result. The wiring from the switch to the pots has a plug connector joining the two together too. I'm not a cork-sniffer but it's a fair representation of a Les Paul but deffo not the real thing - neither, should I add, is it priced as such! Cheers, James
kingofthestuntmen Posted March 12, 2012 Posted March 12, 2012 Have we got a bit of a Peter Green thing going on..? Nice looking piece of kit, best of luck with the sale.
Moos3h Posted March 12, 2012 Author Posted March 12, 2012 You got me! I turned it round just to see...then realised it was actually a wiring difference...doh! If a buyer prefers, I can pop it back round the right way before it leaves ;-)
