throwoff
The biggest players in the USA are now shipping to the UK. It would appear they are only shipping smaller brands to UK but their price at checkout even included VAT and duty so you dont need to worry, put in your credit card details and thats it all paid there and then. Lozz196
Very interesting, ncie to see the duty all calculated up front. Wonder if HMC will respect that.
yorks5stringer
Imagine the airmiles in buying a UK built Trace or Ashdown Head from them?
CBbass
I wish more USA stores would include overseas charges on checkout, I know Amazon have done it for orders I've done which was nice.
throwoff
Probably not as HMRC pick their conversion rate once a month or something daft. And it might not be what the bank rate is.
I think it is geared to allow for this, they spent a lot getting their worldwide business working and it takes a little while to calculate it when you go to checkout with an item. Gust0o
Would be good if the duty and tax were properly calculated, a little piece of mind when purchasing! It seems to be doing so, which is very positive. Pity the brand selection appears so limited, however.
throwoff
I think they are only selling the brands they have permission to sell internationally.
