hiram.k.hackenbacker Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 I can't remember who posted it or where the thread is even, but someone put this guy up doing the riff for Good Times, which is decent enough. I looked at his other stuff and picked this up which has kept me occupied on and off for the best part of a week. Having finally nailed it I thought I would share. I'm also loving the sound and look of that Lakland. Yummy. AgentCooper Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 Well that's my week sorted... I'll give myself odds of 7:1 as to actually getting it to muscle memory Great link, ta Quote
skidder652003 Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 BTW that lick sounds suspiciously like something Mark King "dreamt up"! (And before anyone kicks off, Im sure the good Mr King would be the first to admit to being inspired by the master himself!) Quote
hiram.k.hackenbacker Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 I can't see MK arguing that Mr.G is The Godfather of slap. Quote
