gafbass02 Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Hi all. Could you help me with a dumb question. I know normally you get a minimum load on an amp. Usually four. But as this is a little different, seemingly 4ohms min per side, I'm wondering if it's possible to run an eight and a four at the same time off the left and right outs ? Any thoughts? Adrenochrome Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 In theory it should be okay. I've hooked mine up to all sorts of things and it's always been fine. Quote
gafbass02 Posted March 25, 2012 Author Posted March 25, 2012 It's a proper Swiss army knife! I totally want another when I'm not skint. So you reckon ok. Cheers boss Quote
icastle Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 It'll work fine electronically but you might find that the 8Ω cab is drowned out by the 4Ω one. Quote
gafbass02 Posted March 25, 2012 Author Posted March 25, 2012 It prob will, but that's ok, one open, one closed, hopefully the overall sound will blend. It's only an extra option really. Cheers loads guys. Gotta love BC Quote
