I had an extremely rare one of these on black and biscuit covering which i eventually sold for £500 to a guy in Holland because few folk believed it had it's original tolex covering.......but it WAS completely original. Gust0o
Well, it's not selling and they're busy declining offers, so perhaps it's not worth that much?
Mr. Foxen
If it hasn't sold, it isn't worth that much... yet. But if you have to buy one, maybe that is the best price you can get one for.
clarkpegasus4001
Well it's had two offers yet there's another on Ebay UK with a buy it now for £1,195 and not sold. Here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Watkins-Dominator-Vintage-/350549197693?pt=UK_MusicalInstr_Amplifiers_RL&hash=item519e5c437d I guess my point is that there's a hell of a lot of valve amps out there, this is very old, low powered (17watts), are they really worth that much money? maybe they are then? Mr. Foxen
Low powered is a bonus for the purposes of the sort of people who spend lots of money on old guitar amps. It is nostalgia to an extent. Guitar equipment is 90% mojo and 11% snake oil, because you have to have 1% more for the tone.
