Mr Fudge
About a month and a half ago I met and fell in love with a Marcus Miller Jazz. Last Nov or Dec I fitted (yes me!) a J- Retro to my 97 US Jazz. It was the non soldering model and really was easy to fit. I have now returned my '97 to passive as the Marcus is active. It will just make it easier to be a spare and will give me a bit more flexibility in the long run. I will be honest. The J-Retro is superb. (I havel included a link). It is a more sensitive pre-amp than the sadowsky in the marcus. I have probably done a dozen gigs top with the unit. I have all the instructions and diagrams that came with it. I do not include a picture because my youngest son broke the camera and there are pictures on the link anyway. The unit however is as you would expect practically new. Great option to mod one of your Jazz basses. No routing etc... It will gather dust in its box if I dont sell. They are £175 new. Im not sure what to ask? Im open to offers.
