Does the Bartolini MMC Stingray replacement have individual pole peices ?

Recently bought a Hipshot bridge to fit on my Stingray mutant, but the string spacing takes the outer strings just far enough away from the pole pieces to effect the sound, so I've put the old one back on for now. I noticed the Bartolini MMC has just a plain cover but I'm assuming that the pole pieces are underneath ?? or for that matter does anyone make a replacement pickup where the poles are closer together ?

I think Bart use blades in everything
