RobTheBass
Reluctant sale of my Trace Elliot T-Bass Special Edition made in 1996, number 47 of a run of only 100, made by Status to celebrate the 15[sup]th[/sup] birthday of Trace Elliot I believe. Finished in Sea Foam Green with white pearlescent scratch plate – an absolutely stunning looking bass with a unique ‘ETS’ (Ergonomic Tuning System) headstock. I have owned this bass from new and only gigged it on and off so consequently it is in immaculate condition with the exception of a couple of minor belt scratches on the back. Currently strung with Rotosound 45-105 flatwounds so it’s super smooth to play. Great tonal range with switchable active pick-ups - classic Jazz Style with slim and fast neck. All original and complete with original T-Bass gig bag. I'm looking for around £575 for this immaculate and very rare bass. These basses were well over £1000 new and were definitely worthy of that price tag, Pick-up/local delivery/half-way meet preferred as I’d be reluctant to ship in the gig bag. jezzaboy
Rob, I think they made more than 100 as I had number 101 These things pack a punch and are well worth the cash you are asking for it. Looks really cool in the green. Jez
