This has been up for sale since before Christmas. I get the impression the guy bought it in good faith but it's turned out to be a bit dubious.
I only live 6 miles from him, keep thinking about going round to have a look. It really COULD be genuine or he could have been had.
Mind, it's Leigh, he's a big lad, don't think I'd go in without a wire and back up!
