Hobbayne Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 (edited) My vote is for Brett Whatsisname from 90,s Britpoppers Suede. Now there is a bloke who loves himself! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2LFuElTufo Edited April 5, 2012 by Hobbayne Quote
paul_5 Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 (edited) But TBH, Suede pioneered the 'britpop' thing and it was initially all about androgyny and blurring gender distinction. Oasis hijacked the idea and it became about lad and ladette culture. Can't really blame Brett Anderson for a bit of narcissism can you? Plus Animal Nitrate - what a tune! paul_5 Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012
Liam Gallagher; by a very very long way.
+1, no contest. Although, do Jedward count as one choice? Quote

Lozz196 Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Can`t remember his name, but the singer from Magnum. Used to do this really rubbish "hand-dancing" thing. Quote
BigRedX Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 IMO the front person has to have something about them. If that makes them "annoying" so be it. It means that the audience are noticing them. I'd rather be in a band that was getting noticed because of their frontman's "annoying" performance than be totally ignored. Quote
Panamonte Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 Nearly an hour and no mention of Johnny Borrell? Unbelievable. Let's have Pete Doherty while we're at it too. Quote

barneyg42 Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 This was at the reunion of my old band, the drummer gets a solo and the singer decides to do some weird bloody dance for the first minute or so. Despite it being a full reunion only the guitarist and the singer are original members of the five in the band. It has to be said after seeing this I'm glad I didn't get the call! Bob's got a great voice IMO. Quote

steve-bbb Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 imo the most annoying is coincidentally also the most overrated Mick Hucknall Quote

lee4 Posted April 5, 2012 Posted April 5, 2012 You're in prison in some far flung bannana republic, and to win your freedom, the commandant has told you to excecute one of the fellow prisoners he drags from the cells. They are Johnny Borrell,Liam Gallagher, and Axl Rose. He pulls his service revolver from his holster and hands it to you. Sweet liberty is only moments away, until you realise the depths of your jailers sadism. There is only one bullet..... Quote
