sykilz Posted April 6, 2012 Posted April 6, 2012 Here is the lowdown, one went on ebay for £200 LAST WEEK,TO BASSCHATTERS £180 o.n.o. ,pref. collected, as she`s hefty. PEAVEY TOUR 450 WATT BASS AMP HEAD,IN WARWICK GIGBAG RACK,AS NEW CONDITION. I`ve owned this amp for 2 years, and it has given me faultless performance every time, only selling as I`m getting something smaller `cos of my dodgy back!! Housed in a Warwick rockbag, which is more than a bag, it`s made of thick ply wood, and is as good, if not better, than a standard rack,as it protects and also has carrying handles. The head is therefore in immaculate condition. The head can be unscrewed from the rack if so desired. If you don`t want the rock bag let me know and I`ll knock a few quid off,but it is made to measure. I`m based near Lakeside in Essex, if you`d like to try the amp please email and I`ll try to accommodate you. I`ve advertised elsewhere as well. Thanks for looking.

allihts Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Done a few rehearsals at a studio that had one of these and matching Peavey tour cabs, really versatile set-up. Good luck with the sale
sykilz Posted April 8, 2012 Author Posted April 8, 2012 Thanks,I like the sound of the Peavey a lot,it`s purely the trapped nerve in my back ( age is a terrible thing bass playing friends!!!! ) that is telling me " go lightweight"...........!!!
