Nordstrand NX6 custom F/T

Hey guys,

I got this beast as part of a rather complex trade a few months ago on here, it's an incredible bass, great tonal scale and a real beaut.

It has 2 Nordstrand fat stacks and a nordy EQ, the top wood is redwood Burl, with matching headstock, it has a lovely subtle dove & cross pearl inlay on the 12th and the action is outstandingly low.

I offer this up for a trade as I want something with a real modern tone, a Spector USA NX 6 or something familiar will do.

I spine to Carey at Nordstrand guitars a few weeks ago, he told me that they have no plans of making this custom model available again anytime soon, but if they were, with these options it would be close to $7500 (£5000 or so) I can provide this email to clarify if you want.

Trade wise it needs of similar value or with additional cash, needs to be fretted, and it needs to be a 6 string with a bright modern tone board. Let me know what you got! I'm in essex and can travel If need be for the right deal.

The redwood Burl on my nord was replaced a while back with another slice of matching redwood Burl sent direct from Nordstrand guitars themselves. The work is 99% unnoticeable and in no way effects the playing/looks etc. Just needs to be said as a point of honesty. In picture 4 you can see the slightest bit of evidence of this.

Any other questions, I'll do my best to answer. :)

Thanks guys! Russ. 07912222127.

This last picture is an outside view just so you can see how the woods sing when a picture is taken under the right conditions, and not with a crapp iPhone!!! [attachment=104698:nord11.JPG]
