MXR M80 DI question

I am considering getting on of these, but I am unsure about the affected/unaffected state of the various outputs. The manual is not helpful.

What I want is is to be able to send an effected signal to the PA via the XLR output, and a dry unaffected signal to my amp. Is the parallel output next to the input jack a wet or dry output ?

IIRC the parallel output is dry and the XLR and normal output are wet.

EDIT A quick email to Jim Dunlop should get definitive answers.

As already said above- that is also my understanding.

Emailed the makers and their answer was .....
