It's been hidden away in with a load of other PDFs which I don't use - glad to think it's been of use to somebody - maybe the mods might want to Pin this..

Maybe the mods will move this thread in to the Repairs and Technical issues section with all the other set up threads, although i expect it will get more views here.

For me the Lakland one hits the nail on the head.
