El Burro Posted April 14, 2012 Posted April 14, 2012 (edited) Great bass amp that is no longer made and appears to be quite rare. Rated at 250W but feels much louder due to Feed Forward Processing- this really does work! It is easily as loud as the 400W Peavey stacks that are available in my rehearsal room and able to keep up with my very loud rock drummer with the volume only turned up half way. The amp is fully solid state and is extremely reliable because of this, I have never had a single issue with it. It also sounds truely analogue like most Roland Cube amps. Additional features are built-in chorus and compressor as well as 3 amp models and 2 memory presets. Full details are available here http://www.roland.co...ucts/en/DB-700/ This amp originally retailed for £700 so second hand it's an amazing bargin. It has some signs of use but nothing major and as I say, everything works perfectly. I have used it on a weekly basis to rehearse with the volume on half way and I used it for one gig but again the volume was only half way as I had it DI'd through the PA system. I paid £250 for it around a year ago and I have since replaced some of the knobs with new Roland ones as the silver tops had come off the old ones. Price reduced to [s]£230[/s] £215 or open to trades for a bass guitar. Looking for anything resembling a Precision or Jazz but not worried about brand or country of manufacture. I am also a guitarist so may trade for some electric guitar related gear, especially a Telecaster. I can deliver within the Bristol area or collection welcome. Not currently willing to ship as I don't have a box big and strong enough for it. Thanks for looking. Edited April 30, 2012 by El Burro

Also thought about getting a spare cab box from a music shop but I'm a bit concerned whether the base of any box will be strong enough to support 34Kg, might need to be on a small pallet?
