Mr. Foxen
I've seen chrome P90 style 4 pole jobs that go into a bucker route, but I can't find them. What else goes, might end up with guitar rail pickups. Is for a pre routed body I picked up.
brensabre79
I've seen those on eBay, not sure if they are around at the moment, not sure if they are any good either, I think they were chinese. Otherwise I'd suggest either a rail like you say or maybe could you route a bit more for a soapbar type?
nick
I recall this seller http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/my_rare_guitars_store/ having them some time ago. They're the pickups that Eastwood use in Hi-Flyer Mosrite copies, by all accounts not bad. Might be worth shooting a message to their UK outlet http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/my_rare_guitars_store_uk/, may be able to help.
Goo call, they can get the pickups for sensible money. Not sure if they are good though.

geoffbyrne
I once had a Bill Lawrence extended rails humbucker - I never had it in a bass, didn't have one that fit, but it worked beautifully in a guitar. G.
