I use a leather 'mandolin' pick sometimes, I like a soft touch

There's some good looking picks there, don't know about the prices

Got some, like the sound actually. It's slightly different but more importantly they feel nicer to me (if you get a thickish one).

My problem is I shred the wood too quickly
