Electro Harmonix Bass Balls twin envelope filter, this is the Russian version. As used by Bootsy etc. Bought new for $79.95 in New York, 2000 !!! Unmolested but bit dusty and paint starting to flake…apparently these are quite sought after, apparently. £90ono ???!!!!
