Anyone got blueprints for a Cajon

Looking to build a (flamenco) Cajon for my brother as a bday present. Anyone know where I can get decent schematics?

Sound, was looking through the casey conner site but it aint great. The Meinl patent wasnt much better.

I've always fancied getting one myself. I'm not to great at the drums but brilliant at slapping rhythyms on my belly. A cajon would probably sound even better.
