NV610 cab issue

Bergantino NV610, plug it in and the top left hand speaker of the 6 is putting out double volume of the others/?

I can physically see it moving more than all the other speakers?

The cone looks ok and shows no creases and it dosent sound blown

Its just as if the top left,was getting double the power of the other speakers.

any ideas anyone?
