Setup help in the Tyneside/ Durham

I am, when it come to setting up a stringed instrument, clueless.

I have tried myself and I am getting it wrong, so wrong. I like hands on learning.

I could take my instruments to a shop and have some spotty youth do it for me for 30 quid. But I am sure even I could do a better job.

Is there anybody out there in the area who would be kind enough set up my bass for me and show me what they are doing?

Is it a big ask? Hope someone can help me out?
