Fender Jap precision - good price or not/?

With shipping it will cost £345, and I only have a maximum of £400 to spend, ( I also want a hardcase within this money).

Is this a decent deal or not, ive been waiting a while looking for something along the lines of japanese pbass, and it only needs to be a backup to my usa deluxe jazz
