binky_bass Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 (edited) Hey guys, I have a beautiful 9 string PAC-man Conklin I bough off Jean Baudin a few months ago and I want someone to bring it back to it's 'as new' condition... Nothing is really wrong with the bass, it's set up great and plays superbly, but the woods are tired and look aged, and the body has some strange waxy coating to it. What I'd like is for someone to Strip back the waxy finish on the whole of the body and really make the ziricote top wood shine out, also I like the fretboard given a good once over to breathe some life back into the pac-man inlays. Also, if it's do-able I'd like the custom knobs and tuners given the same treatment! Can anyone do this/recommend someone who can? I'm based in Essex, so the closer the better! Thanks guys Russ.
