Chris Horton Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 I'm not normally a Dingwall fan but that is stunning ! Quote
Musicman20 Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 Looks like a nice piece, creamy coffee coloured! I can't imagine the price though...I'd never dare take it out the case! Quote

[/quote] To be honest I have never noticed any difference to any other bass, I am still able to anchor my thumb over the edge of the pickups and still manage to pluck the strings as I do with any other bass, after all the strings as I've said in another thread are still perpendicular to the bass so no matter what is the inclination of the pickups and bridge the way your hand falls on them is the same. dannybuoy Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 I don't normally go for fancy wood top basses, but that's sexual chocolate. Quote
pete.young Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Well, each to his own I suppose. It looks to me like it was made out of an old sideboard. Quote

They're cream coloured, not brown! By the way, that bass is awesome. I'm off to the US next Easter and will be in the vicinity of a Dingwall stockist... I've got some money set aside in case there's something truly special! Cannot wait Quote
