AndThenSome1
Hi, So a number of years back i decided to sand down one of my basses - by hand. Aside from taking an age to accomplish, I managed to do a pretty rough job of the whole thing due to using a really coarse paper and not having much of a clue about the whole thing. Now i'm looking to find someone who can even out the whole thing and perhaps put a clear coat on the thing to make it look a lot more professional. Can anybody recommend any luthiers or similar (Manchester based if possible, although I don't mind sending off the body) to carry out this work for me? I haven't the time, space or equipment myself and would love to finally see it finished. Cheers!
Horizontalste
http://www.manchesterguitartech.co.uk/ Or look up Ou7shined here on Basschat.
Andyjr1515
Hi Have a peep at my website - www.ajrguitarmods.co.uk then pm me if you want to discuss some options and costs - no obligations either way. I am happy to consider sorting it out and clearcoat or doing a top veneer job, depending on what kind of body it is. Andy
BassBunny
I would get hold of Rich, (Ou7shined), as his work is fantastic. Well worth sending up to Scotland. If you want someone local I can also recommend either Steve, (manchester guitar Tech), or Ged Green.
