Cambridgekeith
This bass from the "Coventry" period of the Eggle guitar company in the early 1990s. This is in excellent condition and all original. I used it for gigging for some years, and has been one of my spares for recent years since I got my MM Stingray. They were not made in huge numbers, and most were the active model. This is the passive version, which is, I understand the preferred version, but I have never played the active version. Most examples of the Milan seem to be natural. This one is all black. Clearly a bass of this age shows the odd mark, but looks amazing. The only damage is a chip out of the headstock as shiown in the photos. The original gig bag is included in the sale. You can see more photos at this link The bass is available to be tried in Cambridge by arrangement. Cambridgekeith
Who is Stue, and why should I not tell him?
Stuee
I'm Stuee, pleased to meet you Keith, what is going on here? You have posted this bass in four separate and simultaneous topics, three of them this month and twice on the same day - with pics, without pics, and with 3 different prices. I, for one, am confused! I am also intrigued though. I used to use a natural one of these almost exclusively, and was very sad to have to let it go. I haven't found another bass with the same growl and mix presence since. But I have just bought a new TV and the car needs an MOT next month How much do you actually want for it?
karlfer
At a guess this is an old thread. He may have started new ones at a reduced price, instead of bumping this one. Be gentle, it will all be allright in the end
Cambridgekeith
OK I am a bit new to this. I need to work out how to delete the old posts. The most recent posting should be the one. I have reduced the price to £400. It is a great bass, but I have too many and my Musicman Stingray. I am sorry I have confused anyone.does everything I need. I'll try to get the old posts deleted/archived
KiOgon
Trying to view this on my android as my pc won't connect. I'm getting "no such pictures" in a black frame. Are they working for anyone?
Cambridgekeith
I have reworked the most recent posting at http://basschat.co.uk/topic/184718-eggle-milan-iv-for-sale-price-reduced-l400/page__gopid__1778907#entry1778907 This now has pictures and replaces this posting. Once again apologies
