Anyone ordering from Thomann?

Had a problem with an item. Emailed them. They arranged return paid postage, no quibble and new unit arrived few days later.
Also the original unit was ordered on a Sun eveing and arrived at my door on Tues. That's not a bad service in anyone's book.

To date i have no issues with Thomann at all.

Not buying anything at moment but guess I'm not near you either. Sorry.

There are a few on here but i have nothing but praise for them and will use them whenever i can.

I've had many, many dealings with them without problems, but this may be their Achilles' heel. Problem is that microphone may be in stock when you add it to your basket but they sell such a volume of stuff that by the time they come to pick it and post it, someone else has snapped up the last dozen.

They've been very good at sorting issues. I had an amp develop a fault within a year; they arranged for its collection, and I had a replacement days later.

I cant fault their CS either. We brought a B stock LED par can and its gone wrong twice, each time Thomanns have paid for us to send it back and re sent it out. It only cost £38 originally.
