Here's a little semi composed-semi improvised piece I play with a violin player.

Its not the tightest take ever, we're still cleaning it up round the edges.
This one was a fun jam though,

Great fun. Nice composition.

My only real comment on the bass element is 'just because you can, doesn't mean you should'. If you are arranging tunes, you need to think about what is the best way of presenting the material and bass tapping is a a very raw/raucous sound that kind of overpowers everything else; like a loud drummer I guess. But it is nice to hear folk messing around with stuff other than the normal rock and pop staples. Good work.

Thanks for the comments guys! They're all valued. Since taping this 'prototype' we've started recording a studio version with the rough edges cleaned up a little.

Again, its a little rough (and my singing ability is nothing to envy :P) but it's a fun arrangement that makes us both play in ways we wouldn't normally.
