funkle
Ok, I have to admit, I have a hankering for a P/J bass with a J style neck. Having sold a few basses, now I have room for one.... I posted on this thread ([topic="530"]P+J recommendations[/topic]) about the new Peavey Zodiac BXP's, but I'd love to know if anyone has any first hand experience with them yet, especially if there is an obvious sonic difference between the bog-standard BXP's and the Dave Ellefson Scorpio models..... Anyone? Thanks. Pete Edited June 15, 2007 by funkle
EdwardHimself
Well i havent tried 1 myself but i have a peavey millenium BXP (very sexy i might add aswell) and it sounds the dog's nut's i think. Obvoiusly it's a bit diffo to a zodiac but the point is peavey make excelent quality basses (and amps) for not much money.

funkle
This is all getting interesting! Dan - thanks for the offer - but I'm looking to stick to a passive bass - so the active EQ is probably not going to work too well for me. Thanks for the offer though!
