I'm just wondering if we should visit the "minimum post count before being able to post in the classified section" debate again? Perhaps "the noob" could ask for permission to post in the classifieds once their post number had exceeded (for example) 50 and have their last 50 posts randomly reviewed by a mod - this would avoid 50 posts of "[i]+1[/i]" and "[i]this[/i]" to get their count up.
