These do come up occasionally & usually go for less than half that - in fact I've seen a project one (one pickup & other bits missing) go for well under a ton, nearly went for it myself. Wasn't sure if it was worth that or not, just thought it was bloody nice. I may watch it and see if it gets relisted at a lower price. But I've seen it now, I must have one!
