In a word, awesome. Nice and light, well balanced, two humbuckers, active preamp and a 3 way coil tap on each humbucker pretty much means there isnt a bass sound you couldnt get from it. As long as you're comfy with the modern chunky warwick neck I say get one.

+1. Very, very nice basses. The most versatile bass I've owned.

thank you all so much, im off to bass centre today to try one, will keep you posted.....and b4 you all shout, you can go there with an appointment.!

The Warwick has more of a balanced sound than the Spector. I was playing a nice Euro Spector 5 in SC the other day. Compared it against an FNA Jazzman. The Warwick has the more wooden sound, but the Spector is the much brighter bass. Would still go for a Warwick in preference, though.
