I'm struggling to identify a set of old flats on a bass I've recently bought.

Flats; red silk at the windings; no silk at balls (brass balls); relatively high tension (but not as much so as La Bella FS/FM); very bright D and G for a flat (a surprising amount of treble and very musical).

I know they're neither TI nor La Bella FL.
