ash Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Lovely, these are my favourite era Status basses if I can get a quick sale on my own gear I will be very interested! Have a bump on me.
CS2 Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012 Feeding frenzy!!! I'd like to say that these basses are horrible and I'll take it off your hands cheap. I had 53 bought new in 1988. Wish I never sold it. Some nerdy information for anyone whose interested.... The eq is a preset gull wing graphic type deal and the treble control affects the upper frequencies of that gullwing. The 'flat' position is still like this / but you boost and cut around it. Genius, very tactile and lots of control from one pot.
garythebass Posted May 12, 2012 Posted May 12, 2012
PM sent, i'll take it Dave
NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I went to bed ten minutes before Dave's post, and when I got up the bass had effectively gone! Damn those early birds, they always get that worm! The search continues... Enjoy the bass Roger :-)
