Why do so many bass effects sound sooooo good (and by good, i mean +++AWESOME+++)

GAS list is growing, wallet is shrinking. Aaaargh.. !!!

currently need an FEA Labs Dual band distortion, Iron Ether Xerograph, Fuzzrocious Grey Stache, and some sort of pitch shift with exp control that is smaller than my bedroom.

they're just the ones i need. never mind the one's i want.

damn those pedal builders !

I currently need another drive pedal (VT Deluxe), 2 octaves, chorus, source audio envelope filter with hot hand, 2 fuzzes, a better preamp, a bigger board, power supply or two and maybe a synth.

Well, i think i need them....... :rolleyes:

Do what I do... I now live by a strict one out, one in rule... Makes you value the pedals you have more :)

you're getting rid of the Moog LPF?!? I thought that was the essential pedal for dubstep?

I find it far too difficult to sell pedals. I always think "I might need that sound" 'cos I do a lot of recording.

It's being replaced by a custom Iron Ether Xerograph LPF which is being made CV enabled to work with the MP-201. It will basically be an LPF with envelope feature of the Moog removed (as I don't use it) and a few extra tweaks...

But ye, an LPF is essential for the music I play.

The Moog LPF is worth every penny. I've fitted to my bass a pot that's wired to a stereo jack & plugs into the LPF (or any other pedal with expression jacks).
So now if I want to control the amount for the auto wah on the fly, then I can (or whatever parameter I decide to plug it in to). I'll get a wee video of it later.

Come to think of it, I never bothered THAT much with pedals until I bought a Sansamp... You could be onto something!
