Mike Lull TB-4 & Thunderbucker pickups - UK Dealer?

Anyone in the BC collective know of a UK dealer for the Mike Lull TB-4 pickups ( http://mikelull.com/site/instruments/basses/bass-T4_T5.html ) or Thunderbuckers ? ( http://www.thunderbuckerranch.com/ ) - or alternatively know of any used ones going?

Lindy Fralin used to do a similar model too, but seem to have stopped making them.

What's wrong with ordering the Thundebuckers direct from the manufacturer?

Probably cheaper than going through some UK middleman.

Only reason is they don't quote a direct contact email address, and my (old) laptop wont configure to their "contact us" link!
If you can suss out an email address I'd be grateful - they look to be a bit cheaper than the Lull's, just as authentically based on the '60's Gibbo ones, and do an uprated hotter version.
