BC site very slow and intermittent error message

It feels sluggish when I'm on it, takes ages to display when I get to it from another page, and I occasionally get this message:

[b] 502 Bad Gateway[/b]


Anyone else in the same predicament? More likely to be my ISP, or something on this site? All other websites I visit seem fine.

I've had quite a lot of problems navigating around the site since the change to the new style site months ago. After the recent 'downtime' its become even slower.

Yeah, I got the gateway message. Seams to be ok now.

I've just checked the boiler room - it's all fine here. I suspect it's our new proxy.

FWIW, I've been dipping in and out of BC all day and have not had any problems at all. Might have missed the 'glitch' I guess.

It lasted around an hour this afternoon. Maybe they were making changes to some settings at the hosts' end.
